Router PCB Cutting Machine Overview:
This router is mainly a device that uses milling cutter to run at high speed to separate PCB boards in multi-connection mode according to pre-edited paths.Replacing the defects of manual breaking, V-CUT or punching, improving the quality of products and reducing the rejection rate. The machine adopts the man-machine interface Windows 10 operating system, simple and humanized interface design, automatic cutting path correction system, high pixel CCD program making, block program and single-step program editing and modification.The loading and unloading device of PCB with two platforms working interactively can effectively reduce the idle time of the machine, thus achieving ideal production efficiency.
Router PCB Cutting Machine Features:
1. The machine is equipped with industrial high-pixel CCD enlarger lens and auxiliary program teaching and editing functions. The precision is higher, more accurate and the image is clearer.
2. The automatic MARK point positioning and correcting system has real-time display and simulated route tracking of the moving path. the display is clear at a glance. the automatic alignment and correcting function has higher cutting accuracy. as long as the PCB is offset within the range of 3mm, the machine vision can perform automatic route correction, which relaxes the accuracy requirement of the operator when placing the board.And the working efficiency is greatly improved.
3. The left and right worktable copy, block copy, array, multi-angle connection board copy, single-step tracking modification function and block editing modification function of the program accurately simplify the program production time and improve the programming efficiency.
4. Vacuum cleaner and high-voltage static elimination device made of high-power inlet fan have better dust absorption effect and lower noise.
5. For tool life monitoring, the milling cutter will automatically rise and fall to another uncut blade position after cutting a certain distance. The upper and lower distances and times can be set according to the blade length to prolong the life of the milling cutter.
6. Transparent safety door design makes the processing process clear at a glance. There are two ways to open the door: emergency stop and 50% deceleration for different customers to choose from.Emergency stop is to prevent accidents during processing and provide an operating environment for safety inspection.When programming, it is convenient for programmers to monitor the process.
7. The PCB panel is processed and placed by using the two-platform servo motor transmission system to reduce the waiting time and improve the yield.At the same time provide imported spindle and domestic spindle to meet different customer needs.
