Automatic PCB Cutting Machine Overview:
Automatic PCB cutting machine is also called PCB cutter. It adopts a new light knife walking design to complete the micro shear stress cutting stroke at one time. The cutter is suitable for cutting PCB circuit boards with V-shaped grooves. The product does not move, and the upper knife moves forward and backward. The shear stress is reduced and the potential quality risk of the product is reduced. The cutting machine is made of high-speed steel precision grinding and can be reused.

Automatic PCB Cutting Machine Advantages:
1. During the cutting process, the PCB will not move and the round knife will slip to ensure that the electronic components of the substrate will not be damaged due to movement.
2. The sliding speed of the round knife can be adjusted.
3. The distance between the upper circular cutter and the lower straight cutter can be accurately adjusted according to the depth of the V-groove and the loss of the cutter.
4. It can solve the problem that the parts cross the V-groove to realize the auxiliary plate.
5. When cutting PCB, the internal stress generated when cutting circuit board is reduced to avoid tin crack.
