Glue Dispenser Robot Introduction:
The glue dispenser is widely used in mobile phone screen TP hot melt adhesive dispensing, flat TP dispensing, PCB dot solder paste, HD HDMI line solder paste, semiconductor package, PCB board part fixing and protection, LCD glass package and paste, mobile phone board dispensing, button products, dispensing, speaker packaging and dispensing, battery box dispensing, automotive parts coating, metal parts packaging, quantitative liquid filling, chip bonding and so on.
Glue Dispenser Robot Features:
1. Newly improved design of the glue machine line, the whole machine power dose not exceed 15W
2. Universal fixture is available.
3. The optional precision pressure regulating valve is specially designed to adjust the amount of dispensing glue. Compared with similar products, this regulating valve has more stable air pressure and more accurate air outlet size.
4. Stable frame for precise dispensing.
5. Pneumatic accessories: the original Taiwan Air TAC solenoid valve, cylinder; and the slider driven by the cylinder has special treatment to ensure never fall off.
6. Machined brass turntable with hole in the middle and reverse suction function with an accuracy of 0.01mm
7. Economic cost.
